Church Groups

United Church Women (UCW) - Originally formed in 1926, the United Church Women's Mission Statement is to love God, to foster Christian faithfulness, spirituality, commitment and devotion and to promote love and respect by living generously and giving joyfully to all God's people and to affirm and strengthen ourselves creatively.

Small Groups - Meet in blocks of time exploring contemporary and progressive faith questions

Bookies - A book group that meets at Calvin.

Bible Study  - A study and prayer group that explores more traditional faith

C.R.E.W. (Calvin's Really Enthusiastic Women)  is a social group for women in the congregation who meet monthly to share a meal and a social time together. Call Sheila Fee for information.

Adult Club - The adult members of Calvin meet a few times a year for fellowship and recreation.

Men's Breakfast - The first Saturday of the month during the fall and winter at 8:00 AM the men of Calvin (and anyone else who wishes  to join them) meet for a breakfast cooked by the men in the upper church hall. Breakfast is followed by a short presentation of general interest. A great way to start the day.

Ushers and Greeters - A special hospitality team for Sunday worship and special events.

Cemetery  Committee - Calvin Church administers the Calvin Cemetery in Pembroke and the Locksley Cemetery
